冲突观察所诱发的冲突适应:ERP研究

Abstract:

为考察冲突观察条件下冲突适应的神经机制,记录了15个正常成人被试在完成字母Flanker任务时的行为和脑电数据.行为结果显示,在反应时上,观察条件的一致性和反应条件的一致性交互作用显著.事件相关电位结果显示:在观察任务中,不一致条件的N450波幅比一致条件的波幅更负,这个差异只出现在大脑的中前区.在反应任务中,在左前额叶,持续电位的差异波波幅SP(iI-iC)显著小于SP(cI-cC),并且SP的差异波波幅SP[(cI-cC)-(iI-iC)]和反应时的冲突适应RT[(cI-cC)-(iI-iC)]呈负相关.这些结果证明,在观察任务中,N450的波幅调整反映了大脑对冲突的监测;在反应任务中,SP的波幅调整反映了冲突观察所诱发的冲突适应.
