In the single-path wireless transmission, the general mechanism is ARQ. In multi-hop wireless transmission, this mechanism will cause high rate of retransmit and high delay, thereby affecting the transmission performance. In this paper, we propose a new single path transmit mechanism based on network coding without ACK. We establish a transmission model of multi-hop single path which improved the coding method of source node to enable real-time decoding; in particular, greatly improve the transmission efficiency after using the network coding that the relay node can encode the received data. The theoretical analysis and the simulation experiments show that the transmission strategy not only improves the throughput and reliability also reduced the delay.
