After the XXII Winter Olympic and XI Winter Paralympic Games in February and March 2014, the Games heritage will be monitored over a number of years. The material and intangible heritage of the Olympic Games, the nature of change in the sector of employment, tourism, economic development of the region, standard of living of the population, environment, etc. will be monitored. Today’s problems of the Olympic heritage estimation are the point of dispute. This paper actualizes this problem.
