Audiological and radiological planes, CTScan, and magnetic resonance image (MRI) studies are helpful in diagnosis. The only choice of treatment is surgery with elective transmastoid trans labyrinthine approach. And if tumor is very large, the method of choice will be retrosigmoid approach.
