Abstract:

The development of media-supported learning scenarios should fulfil a number of criteria to adequately support collaborative learning in medicine. These criteria should be based on cognitive psychology and determine the match between the media used and the processing parameters of the learner. The design also should take personal and medial context criteria of the group into consideration. In addition to these criteria on the micro level implementation criteria on the macro level for a sustainable integration of learning scenarios need to be realized.
