The paper presents a brief review of contemporary research on climatic features of Palagru a Island, both in the pre-instrumental and instrumental period. The analysis was made upon climatic data provided by the meteorological station of Palagru a. For comparison purposes, data from the station in Split-Marjan was used, covering the standard climate period 1961-1990.
