Clapper-Yule Reflectivity of Halftone Color-Imaging on Fluorescent Supports

Abstract:
The light intensity reflection law of halftone image on fluorescent substrate with Clapper-Yule prediction-method is studied.Through the analysis,the multiple internal reflection of light in image substrate is considered and the approximation that the absorbing light is not coincidence with fluorescent light is used.A new model of color halftone image reflectivity is developed.Also,the effect of physical dot gain of the halftone image on fluorescent substrate iss considered.
