Abstract:

不同年龄的明党参主根随根龄的增加,韧皮部与木质部的比例减小,维管形成层在三至四年生根中活动最旺盛。茎的维管束是双韧类型;雄蕊的花药四室,小孢子的形成为同时型胞质分裂,悬垂胎座,倒生胚珠,核型胚乳,果实成熟时胚仍处于球形胚阶段。在自然状况下,明党参种子后熟阶段是我国东部地区的梅雨季节,对气候的不适应是其濒危的重要因素之一。
