新时代民办高校辅导员的育人新模式构建——以“五乐育人”理念为视角的探析
Construction of a New Education Model for Counselors in Private Higher Education Institutions in the New Era—An Analysis from the Perspective of the “Five Happiness-Oriented Education” Concept

在新时代的背景下，民办高校辅导员在学生成长成才的过程中扮演着日益重要的角色。本研究通过调查和文献回顾，分析了民办高校学生及辅导员的学习和工作现状。在此基础上，文章借鉴“五乐育人”理念，对辅导员的育人角色进行了重新定位，并优化了育人策略，还提出了一系列赋能建议，旨在构建一种新的民办高校辅导员育人模式。该模式旨在解决“民办大学生需要什么样的辅导员？”以及“如何提升辅导员的育人效果？”这两个核心问题，从而为高等教育中的思想政治教育和立德树人任务的实施提供理论和实践支持。这不仅将提升辅导员的专业能力，而且将确保教育质量与学生发展的同步提升。
Against the backdrop of the New Era, counselors in private higher education institutions are playing an increasingly important role in the process of students’ growth and development. Through surveys and literature reviews, this study analyzes the current status of learning and work among students and counselors in private higher education institutions. On this basis, drawing on the concept of “Five Happiness-Oriented Education”, the paper redefines counselors’ educational roles, optimizes educational strategies, and puts forward a series of empowerment suggestions, aiming to construct a new educational model for counselors in private higher education institutions. This model is designed to address two core questions: “What kind of counselors do students in private universities need?” and “How to improve the educational effectiveness of counselors?” Thereby, it provides theoretical and practical support for the implementation of ideological and political education and the task of fostering virtue through education in higher education. This will not only enhance counselors’ professional capabilities but also ensure the synchronous improvement of educational quality and students’ development.
