Abstract:

为提高驾驶员行车时的安全性与舒适度设计了一款智能车载座椅。本座椅系统以STC89C52芯片为控制核心,采用DS18B20温度传感器检测周围的温度,由集成芯片max30102对心率和血氧进行测量,同时辅以温度自适应和红外线扫描,通过数模转换器使单片机得到变化的电压信号驱动各模块的控制系统,达到智能升降温、非正常心率或血氧报警的目的。通过驱动直流风扇电机旋转和步进电机的正反转,实现汽车座椅的震动按摩和位置调整功能。本设计在Keil的开发环境下进行控制系统软件的开发,然后通过proteus进行仿真演示。最终对系统硬件进行了验证与分析。该型智能车载座椅集合了当下最符合驾驶员需求的功能,在改善驾驶环境的基础上还兼顾其智能化和轻量化。
In order to improve the safety and comfort of the driver while driving, an intelligent car seat system is designed. The system takes the STC89C52 chip as the control core, uses the DS18B20 temperature sensor to detect the surrounding temperature, and the integrated chip MAX30102 measures the heart rate and blood oxygen, supplemented by temperature adaptation and infrared scanning, and makes the single-chip microcomputer get the variable voltage signal through the digital-to-analog converter to drive the control system of each module, so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent temperature increase, abnormal heart rate or blood oxygen alarm. By driving the rotation of the DC fan motor and the forward and reverse rotation of the stepper motor, the vibration massage and position adjustment functions of the car seat are realized. The design was developed in Keil’s development environment for the control system software, and then simulated by proteus. Finally, the system hardware was verified and analyzed. This type of intelligent car seat integrates the functions that best meet the needs of the driver at present, and takes into account its intelligence and lightweight on the basis of improving the driving environment.
