Abstract:

化学发光法臭氧分析仪是一种基于臭氧与氮氧化物反应生成化学发光信号的高精度臭氧检测仪器。该方法具有响应速度快、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,广泛应用于环境监测、空气质量评估、工业排放监控等领域。本文详细探讨了化学发光法臭氧分析仪的工作原理、系统组成及其应用。利用反应 NO+ O 3 N O 2 + O 2 +hν (1200 nm)发出红外光,生成的光信号被光电探测器捕捉,并转化为臭氧浓度的定量数据。该系统由反应室、光电探测器、信号处理单元和显示输出单元组成,能够实时、准确地检测臭氧浓度变化。与传统的臭氧检测方法相比,化学发光法具有更高的测量精度和更强的选择性,尤其适用于低浓度臭氧的精密测量。系统响应迅速,测量精度高,可以实现0~500 ppb范围的测量,检出限0.1 ppb。
The chemiluminescence ozone analyzer is a high-precision ozone detection instrument based on the chemiluminescent signal generated by the reaction between ozone and nitrogen oxides. This method offers advantages such as fast response time, high sensitivity, and strong anti-interference capability, making it widely used in environmental monitoring, air quality assessment, and industrial emission control. This paper provides a detailed discussion of the working principle, system composition, and applications of the chemiluminescence ozone analyzer. By emitting infrared light at 1200 nm, the generated light signal is captured by a photodetector and converted into a quantitative measurement of ozone concentration. The system consists of a reaction chamber, photodetector, signal processing unit, and display output unit, enabling real-time and accurate detection of ozone concentration changes. Compared to traditional ozone detection methods, the chemiluminescence method offers higher measurement accuracy and better selectivity, especially for precise measurements of low-concentration ozone. The system responds quickly, with high measurement accuracy, and is capable of measuring in the 0~500 ppb range with a detection limit of 0.1 ppb. This study demonstrates that the chemiluminescence ozone analyzer is a highly advantageous tool for ozone detection, with broad applications in low-concentration monitoring and environmental protection.
