Environmental management performance evaluation and empirical study of Chinese iron and steel enterprises

Environmental management performance is the reflect of iron and steel enterprises implement environmental management performance, the paper uses catastrophe progression method to build environmental management performance model, and take one large iron and steel enterprise of China as an example, from three aspects of resource consumption, environmental pollution and environmental protection to conduct an empirical analysis, the results show that Chinese iron and steel enterprise's environmental performance was in a trend of increasing year by year with environmental awareness and efforts to increase investment in environmental protection, this shows that Chinese iron and steel enterprises environmental management performance was improved after implementing environmental management.
