新高考英语改革反拨作用研究——以浙江省为例

Abstract:

语言测试与语言教学之间始终存在紧密的互动关系,二者相互促进、相互影响。语言测试对教学产生的影响通常被称为“反拨效应”,其具体表现可分为积极反拨与消极反拨。随着新高考改革在全国范围内逐步推进,语言测试的改革也成为教育变革的重要组成部分。本研究以作为首批改革试点之一浙江省的英语高考改革为研究对象,系统梳理了其改革背景与实施路径,重点分析了该改革在教师教学与学生学习两个维度上所引发的反拨效应。研究发现,浙江省英语高考改革在实践中普遍产生了反拨作用,并呈现出积极与消极并存的双重影响。基于上述发现,本文进一步提出了针对教师与学生的改进建议,旨在推动英语高考改革更好地服务于教学实践,发挥其正向教育引导作用。
There has always been a close interaction between language testing and language teaching, with the two promoting and influencing each other. The influence of language testing on teaching is often called “washback”, which can be categorised into positive and negative reversal. As the new reform of the College Entrance Examination progresses nationwide, the reform of language testing has also become an important part of educational change. This study takes the reform of the English college entrance examination in Zhejiang Province, one of the first pilot reforms, as the object of research, systematically combs through the background and implementation path of the reform, and focuses on analysing the washback triggered by the reform in the dimensions of teachers “teaching and students” learning. It is found that the reform of the English college entrance examination in Zhejiang Province has generally produced washback, and presents a dual impact of both positive and negative coexistence. Based on these findings, this paper further proposes recommendations for teachers and students to improve the reform, aiming to promote the reform of the English college entrance examination to better serve the teaching practice and play a positive educational guidance role.
