广西民办高校毕业生乡村建设意愿与影响因素研究
Research on the Willingness of Graduates from Private Colleges and Universities in Guangxi to Participate in Rural Construction and Its Influencing Factors

随着乡村振兴战略的推进，广西乡村各行各业焕发出新的活力，各类人才的加入是乡村建设的重要保证。广西民办高校是人才培养的重要组成部分，其毕业生是乡村建设的重要人才资源。本研究选取了来自桂林、柳州、南宁、北海、崇左共5所民办高校245名2020~2024届毕业生展开问卷调查，了解广西民办高校毕业生对于参与乡村建设的意愿现状，分析影响广西民办高校毕业生参与乡村建设意愿的积极因素和消极因素，通过强化积极因素和改进消极因素的方式，提升民办高校毕业生参与乡村建设的意愿，为广西乡村建设提供人才支撑。
With the advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, various industries in rural areas of Guangxi have regained new vitality, and the participation of various talents is an important guarantee for rural construction. Private universities in Guangxi are an important part of talent cultivation, and their graduates are an important source of talent for rural construction. This study selected 245 graduates from 5 private universities in Guilin, Liuzhou, Nanning, Beihai, and Chongzuo from 2020 to 2024 to conduct a questionnaire survey. The purpose was to understand the current situation of the willingness of graduates from private universities in Guangxi to participate in rural construction, analyze the positive and negative factors that affect the willingness of graduates from private universities in Guangxi to participate in rural construction, and enhance the willingness of private university graduates to participate in rural construction by strengthening the positive factors and improving the negative factors. This will provide talent support for rural construction in Guangxi.
