民族地区小学科学教师队伍建设困境与对策研究

Abstract:
民族地区小学科学教育是提升全民科学素质、促进民族地区经济社会发展的重要基础。然而,受地理环境、经济发展水平等因素制约,民族地区小学科学教师队伍建设面临诸多困境,严重制约了科学教育质量的提升。本文以四川省甘孜州道孚县为例,通过实地调研、访谈等方法,深入分析当地小学科学教师队伍建设现状及存在的突出问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
The science education in primary schools in ethnic regions is a crucial foundation for enhancing the scientific literacy of all citizens and promoting economic and social development in these areas. However, constrained by geographical environment, level of economic development, and other factors, the construction of science teacher teams in primary schools in ethnic regions faces numerous challenges, severely limiting the improvement of science education quality. This paper takes Daofu County in Garze Prefecture, Sichuan Province as an example, using methods such as field research and interviews to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current status and prominent issues in the construction of science teacher teams in local primary schools, and proposes corresponding policy recommendations.
