城市社区互助养老模式研究——以南宁市新竹社区“时间银行”为例
Research on the Mutual-Aid Elderly Care Model in Urban Communities—The Case of “Time Bank” in Xinzhu Community of Nanning City

在人口老龄化加剧的背景下，国家积极倡导发展多元化养老模式，本文以南宁市新竹社区“时间银行”为研究对象，运用案例分析法和结构访谈法，深入探讨其互助养老模式的运行现状。研究发现，“时间银行”在促进社区互助养老方面成效显著，但面临社会支持不足的困境，主要表现为正式支持体系的政策保障力度不够以及非正式支持网络的参与度有待提高等方面。基于此，本文提出针对性的对策建议，以期为推动“时间银行”互助养老模式的可持续发展提供参考。
Against the backdrop of intensified population aging, the nation is vigorously promoting diversified elderly care models. This paper focuses on the “Time Bank” in Xinzhu Community, Nanning, using case analysis and structured interviews to delve into the operation of its mutual care model. The “Time Bank” has shown significant success in community mutual care, yet it faces social support deficiencies, including inadequate policy guarantees in formal systems and low participation in informal networks. Accordingly, the paper offers targeted suggestions to boost the sustainable growth of the “Time Bank” model.
