汉语言文学专业毕业生就业焦虑成因及对策分析

Abstract:
文章聚焦汉语言文学专业毕业生就业焦虑问题。当前就业市场竞争激烈,该专业传统就业领域竞争压力增大,导致毕业生易产生就业焦虑。研究从社会环境、高校教育、家庭及个人等多维度剖析成因,如社会岗位供需失衡、高校课程与市场脱节、家庭观念影响、个人专业技能不足等。针对这些问题,提出政府加大政策扶持与市场监管、高校优化课程与就业服务、家庭转变观念与加强沟通、个人提升素养与规划职业等对策。未来研究将跟踪就业后职业发展及关注新兴领域就业焦虑状况,为解决该问题提供更精准建议。
This paper focuses on the employment anxiety of graduates majoring in Chinese Language and Literature. Currently, with the fierce competition in the job market, the competition pressure in the traditional employment fields of this major has increased, making graduates prone to employment anxiety. The study analyzes the causes from multiple dimensions, including social environment, higher education, family, and individuals, such as the imbalance between job supply and demand in society, the disconnection between university courses and the market, the influence of family concepts, and the insufficient professional skills of individuals. In response to these issues, countermeasures are proposed, such as the government increasing policy support and market supervision, universities optimizing courses and employment services, families changing concepts and strengthening communication, and individuals improving their literacy and planning their careers. Future research will track the career development trajectory after employment and focus on the employment anxiety in emerging fields to provide more accurate suggestions for solving this problem.
