高校青年马克思主义者培养工程育人成效研究

高校青年马克思主义者培养工程(“青马工程”)对高校共青团为党育人意义重大，本研究系统剖析“青马工程”育人成效，阐述其研究背景和意义，梳理学术界的研究成果和不足。明确“青马工程”以坚定政治信念、扎实理论素养、突出实践能力、良好品德为培养目标，发现工程存在理论联系实际、教学单一化规范化、考核评价制度不健全等问题，并在具体工作中进行了深入研究。为此，提出要优化培训内容，加强理论与实践的融合，及时更新内容；创新培训方式，采用多样化教学方式，实施个性化培训；健全培训管理机制，构建科学的考核评价体系和完善的激励机制等促进机制。在指出未来应持续关注新技术应用、社会资源整合和培养模式差异化发展等问题的同时，旨在提升“青马工程”培养机制，达到更好的育人成效，为党和国家培养高素质的青年马克思主义者。
This study systematically analyzes the educational effect of the “Qingma Project”, expounds its research background and significance, and sorts out the research results and shortcomings of the academic community. It is clear that the “Qingma Project” takes firm political beliefs, solid theoretical literacy, outstanding practical ability, and good moral character as the training goals, and finds that the project has problems such as linking theory with practice, simplifying and standardizing teaching, and imperfect assessment and evaluation system, and conducts in-depth research in specific work. To this end, it is proposed to optimize the training content, strengthen the integration of theory and practice, and update the content in a timely manner. Innovate training methods, adopt diversified teaching methods, and implement personalized training; Improve the training management mechanism, build a scientific assessment and evaluation system and improve the incentive mechanism and other promotion mechanisms. While pointing out that in the future, we should continue to pay attention to the application of new technologies, the integration of social resources and the differentiated development of training models, etc., aiming to improve the training mechanism of the “Qingma Project”, achieve better educational results, and cultivate high-quality young Marxists for the party and the country.
