数字乡村建设对农村创业影响的研究
Research on the Impact of Digital Rural Construction on Rural Entrepreneurship

优化乡村的工作环境，是实现乡村振兴的必然要求。本文是根据2011年至2020年全国31个省份的大省级面板数据，在互联网经济加速信息的传播与共享的背景下，研究了数字乡村建设对农村创业产生整体效应和影响机制。研究表明：数字乡村建设对乡村创业有显著的正向作用。异质性分析显示，东部地区数字乡村建设系数大于中西部地区，说明全国数字乡村建设对农村创业的促进作用呈现东部高、中西部低的特征。由此，改善农村创业环境，提升村民就业质量，有利于缩小城乡贫富差距，提高农村居民收入。
Optimizing the working environment in rural areas is an inevitable requirement for achieving rural revitalization. Based on the provincial panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, this paper studies the overall effect and impact mechanism of digital rural construction on rural entrepreneurship in the context of the Internet economy accelerating the spread and sharing of information. Research shows that digital rural construction has a significant positive effect on rural entrepreneurship. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the coefficient of digital rural construction in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions, indicating that the promotion effect of national digital rural construction on rural entrepreneurship is characterized by high in the eastern region and low in the central and western regions. Therefore, improving the entrepreneurial environment in rural areas and enhancing the quality of employment for villagers are conducive to narrowing the wealth gap between urban and rural areas and increasing the income of rural residents.
