家庭冲突引发的大学生心理危机干预:策略与反思

Abstract:
本文基于谭某的典型案例,深度剖析家庭冲突引致大学生心理危机的干预路径。谭某受父母过度控制与独断教养方式影响,由入学时的优异表现逐步陷入心理困境并最终留级。高校辅导员在干预过程中,综合运用信息收集、家校沟通、反思引导等多元策略,旨在重塑谭某认知观念、增强其社会交往能力、重建自我效能感,并实施持续的追踪跟进。本案例有力彰显了原生家庭因素对大学生心理健康的显著影响,为高校开展心理危机干预工作提供了可资借鉴的实践模式与思路,同时突出了辅导员在大学生心理健康支持体系中的关键角色与责任担当。
This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the intervention pathways for college students’ psychological crises caused by family conflicts through the typical case of Tan. Influenced by his parents’ excessive control and authoritarian parenting style, Tan deteriorated from academic excellence upon enrollment to a state of psychological distress leading to academic probation. University counselors implemented interventions integrating strategies such as information collection, home-school communication, and reflective guidance to reshape Tan’s cognitive framework, enhance social competence, rebuild self-efficacy, and maintain ongoing follow-up. This case powerfully demonstrates the profound impact of family of origin factors on college students’ mental health, providing practical models and insights for universities to conduct psychological crisis interventions while highlighting counselors’ pivotal roles and responsibilities in mental health support systems.
