中国企业对外援助中的挑战及应对措施
Challenges and Countermeasures of Chinese Enterprises’ Foreign Aid

随着中国经济的快速崛起，中国企业在对外援助过程中的作用日益凸显，成为推动国际发展合作的重要力量。然而，由于政治、经济、法律、文化等多重因素的影响，企业也面临着诸多复杂的现实挑战，如缺乏援外经验和风险控制能力、援外人力资源严重不足、企业援外项目的监督和评估机制不健全以及援外管理体制和实施途径不完善等。因此，企业必须制定合理的援外方案；进一步优化援外人力资源；建立有效的监督和评估制度；创新对外援助管理体制，拓宽主体参与途径，为世界的繁荣进步和全球可持续发展贡献中国智慧。
With the rapid rise of the Chinese economy, Chinese enterprises have played an increasingly prominent role in foreign aid, becoming an important force in promoting international development cooperation. However, due to the influence of political, economic, law, cultural and other factors, enterprises also face many complex practical challenges, such as the lack of foreign aid experience and risk control capabilities, severe shortage of foreign aid human resources, imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanisms for enterprise foreign aid projects and incomplete foreign aid management system and implementation methods. Therefore, enterprises should formulate reasonable foreign aid plans; further optimize human resources for foreign aid; establish an effective supervision and evaluation system; innovate foreign aid management system and broaden ways for subject participation in order to contribute Chinese wisdom to the world’s prosperity and progress as well as to global sustainable development.
