内生型农家书屋数字融入的现实困境、创新模式与可行路径研究——基于南通市张武高农家书屋的实践与思考
Research on Digital Integration Dilemma, Innovation Model and Feasible Path of Endogenous Rural Book House—Based on the Practice and Thinking of Nantong Zhangwugao Rural Book House

内生型农家书屋是乡村公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分，但由于管理落后、资源不足等原因，在数字融入过程中存在诸多问题。论文基于嵌入性理论和网络治理理论，以南通市张武高农家书屋的数字融入实践为例，实地调研并对书屋相关主体进行深度访谈。调研发现，张武高农家书屋数字融入难以为继的主要原因来自制度脱嵌、资源脱嵌、认知脱嵌和职权脱嵌。对此，论文提出内生型农家书屋数字融入的“驱动–嵌入–效能”创新模式，并结合SWOT分析提出实现创新模式的可行路径，以推动内生型农家书屋数字融入，助力国家文化数字化和乡村振兴战略的实施。
The endogenous rural book house is an important part of the rural public cultural service system. However, due to backward management and insufficient resources, there are many problems in the digital integration process. Based on embeddedness theory and network governance theory, this paper takes the digital integration practice of Nantong Zhangwugao Rural Book House as an example, conducts field research and conducts in-depth interviews with related subjects. The investigation found that the main reasons for the difficulties of digital integration of Zhangwugao Rural Book House are institutional disengagement, resource disengagement, cognitive disengagement, and authority disengagement. In this regard, this paper puts forward the innovation model of “driving-embedding-efficiency” of digital integration of endogenous rural book house, and proposes a feasible path to realize the innovation model combined with SWOT analysis, so as to promote the digital integration of endogenous rural book houses and help the implementation of national cultural digitalization and rural revitalization strategy.
