基于虚气流滞理论探讨微血管性心绞痛的发病机制及防治

Abstract:
微血管性心绞痛(MVA)是一种冠状动脉微血管功能障碍性疾病，发病机制不完全明确，病情复杂，目前治疗手段有限。基于“虚气流滞”理论，MVA的病机本质是“虚”与“滞”互相夹杂，恶性循环的过程，虚气不荣，是发病之根，流滞不通，是发病之变，元气亏虚，心气、胸阳、心阴亏虚，“虚气”自成，“流滞”内生，生气滞、瘀血、痰浊等产物，本文希望为中医药辨治MVA提供新思路。
Microvascular angina (MVA) is a coronary microvascular dysfunction disease with an unclear pathogenesis and complex condition. Currently, treatment options are limited. Based on the theory of “deficiency and stagnation of air flow”, the pathogenesis of MVA is essentially a vicious cycle of “deficiency” and “stagnation” intertwined. The root of the disease is the deficiency of qi, and the obstruction of flow is the change of the disease. The deficiency of qi, the deficiency of heart qi, chest yang, and heart yin, the “deficiency of qi” is self-generated, and the “flow stagnation” is endogenous, resulting in products such as qi stagnation, blood stasis, and phlegm turbidity. This article hopes to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of MVA in traditional Chinese medicine.
