中西医治疗颈椎病的研究进展

Abstract:

颈椎病是临床常见病,发病率高,严重影响患者生活质量。尽管该病已被广泛研究,但目前仍缺乏系统性的总结和归纳。本文从传统医学、现代医学及中西医结合三方面,系统阐述近年来颈椎病的临床研究与基础实验研究进展,探讨各类治疗方法的可能作用靶点及更高效的临床治疗策略,以期为未来颈椎病的研究提供新途径、新思路,推动更精准和个体化的防治体系发展。
Cervical spondylosis is a common clinical disease with a high incidence rate, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Although the disease has been extensively studied, there is still a lack of systematic summarization and induction. This article systematically elaborates on the clinical research and basic experimental research progress of cervical spondylosis in recent years from three aspects: traditional medicine, modern medicine, and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. It explores the possible targets of various treatment methods and more efficient clinical treatment strategies, in order to provide new approaches and ideas for future research on cervical spondylosis and promote the development of more precise and personalized prevention and treatment systems.
