Treatment of Erysipelas Based on Three-Jiao Theory

马林教授经过三十余年的临床观察认为丹毒与三焦有着密切联系，文章分析了丹毒的发生与三焦的关系，气机不畅，气化失司，肺失宣降，胃不受纳，脾不运化，水谷精微输布障碍，津液代谢异常，气血津液郁而化火，血热火毒与风、湿、瘀等外邪结合结于肌肤而成丹毒；故提出从三焦辨证论治丹毒的治疗思路。
After more than 30 years of clinical observation, Professor Ma Lin believes that erysipelas is closely related to Three-Jiao. The article analyzes the relationship between erysipelas and Three-Jiao, such as the obstruction of qi, the disturbance of gasification, the disturbance of lung declaration, the inreceptiveness of stomach, the disturbance of spleen transport, the disturbance of subtle distribution of water and food, the abnormal metabolism of body fluid, the depression of qi and blood and body fluid and the fire, and the combination of blood heat toxicity and external evils such as wind, dampness and blood stasis in the skin. Therefore, the treatment of erysipelas based on syndrome differentiation of Three-Jiao was proposed.
