Abstract:

在新的教育体制下,作为培养国家所需的后备人才的高校在进行教育体制改革时必须注重教师的德育能力的提高,建立起一支高素质的教师队伍,才能更好地适应高等教育新的发展时期的需要。但在高校的教改中,发现存在一些制约因素,影响了高校教师师德能力的提升。文章将结合这些制约因素进行探究,并提出具体的解决措施,期望为高校教改中的师德能力的提升和师风师德建设提供一定的参考依据。
Under the new education system, universities that cultivate the reserve talents needed by the country must pay attention to the improvement of teachers’ moral education ability and establish a high-quality teaching team when carrying out education system reforms, in order to better adapt to the needs of the new development period of higher education. However, in the education reform of universities, it has been found that there are some constraining factors that affect the improvement of the professional ethics of university teachers. This article will explore these constraining factors and propose specific solutions, hoping to provide some reference for the improvement of teacher ethics and the construction of teacher ethics in university education reform.
