Abstract:

中学思政课家校协同育人是一个重要的教育理念,它强调学校与家庭之间的紧密合作,共同承担培养学生的责任。家庭教育与学校教育的紧密结合被视为一种高效的教育范式,它强调家庭与学校之间的深度合作,共同促进孩子的全面发展。在这一协同育人的模式下,家庭与学校各自发挥优势,形成强大的教育合力,它有助于培养出健康、快乐、富有责任感的新一代青少年。这篇论文探讨了中学思政课家校协同育人的重要性、必要性、存在问题及路径分析。文章首先阐述了家校协同育人的含义,即学校教育和家庭教育在培养学生思想政治素质、法治意识和道德品质方面的共同努力和有机结合。接着,文章论证了家校协同育人的重要性和必要性,强调其有助于学生全面发展、减轻教育主体负担、提升教育成效,并有助于学生坚定信仰社会主义核心价值观。文章指出了当前中学思政课家校协同育人过程中存在的问题,主要包括教育方式缺乏创新和家校共协作机制不完善。最后,文章提出了家校协同育人的路径,包括建立学校和家庭信息共享机制、明确家庭和学校的责任以及创新教育方式提升思政教育的吸引力。
Collaborative education between home and school is an important educational concept in middle school ideological and political courses, emphasizing the close cooperation between home and school to jointly undertake the responsibility of cultivating students. The close integration of family education and school education is regarded as an efficient educational paradigm, emphasizing deep cooperation between home and school to jointly promote the comprehensive development of children. In this collaborative education model, home and school each leverage their strengths to form a strong educational force, which helps cultivate a new generation of healthy, happy, and responsible teenagers. This paper explores the importance, necessity, existing problems, and path analysis of home and school collaborative education in middle school ideological and political courses. The article first elaborates on the meaning of home and school collaborative education, which refers to the joint efforts and organic combination of school education and family education in cultivating students’ ideological and political qualities, legal awareness, and moral qualities. Furthermore, the article argues for the importance and necessity of collaborative education between families and schools, emphasizing its contribution to students’ comprehensive development, reducing the burden on educational subjects, enhancing educational effectiveness, and helping students firmly believe in socialist core values. The article points out the problems in the current process of home school collaborative education in ideological and political courses in middle schools, mainly including the lack of innovation in educational methods and the imperfect mechanism of home school collaboration. Finally, the article proposes a path for collaborative education between home and school, including establishing a mechanism for information sharing between schools and families, clarifying the responsibilities of families and schools, and innovating educational
