地板藤泡饮联合德谷门冬双胰岛素在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果评价

Abstract:
目的:了解地板藤泡饮联合德谷门冬双胰岛素在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将铜仁市某二级医院60例2型糖尿病患者随机分组,观察组30例,对照组30例,对照组给予常规治疗方式,即德谷门冬双胰岛素配合基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,加用地板藤泡饮。结果:观察组在降低空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖方面效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);两组患者达到控制目标的全日胰岛素用量相当,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);观察组达到目标血糖时间更短,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:地板藤泡饮联合德谷门冬双胰岛素在降低2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖方面优于单用德谷门冬双胰岛素,降糖效果更快;达到控制目标的全日胰岛素用量效果相当。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ficus tikoua Bur decoction combined with insulin degludec/insulin aspartn in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes in a second-level hospital in Tongren were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was given conventional treatment, that was insulin degludec/insulin aspart combined with basic treatment, and the observation group was given Ficus tikoua Bur decoction on the basis of the control group. Results: The observation group was better than the control group in reducing fasting blood sugar and 2-hour postprandial blood sugar, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the full-day insulin doses for patients in the two groups to achieve the control target were similar, and there was no statistical significance (P > 0.05); the observation group took a shorter time to reach the target blood sugar, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Ficus tikoua Bur decoction combined with insulin degludec/insulin aspart was better than insulin degludec/insulin aspart alone in lowering fasting blood sugar and 2-hour postprandial blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes, and the blood sugar lowering effect was faster; the full-day insulin dose was equivalent.
