高校贫困学生的心理健康问题研究
A Study of Mental Health Problems of Poor Students in Higher Education

高校贫困生是大学生中的特殊群体，由于家庭经济困难，他们在学业、就业及日常生活中面临巨大的压力。这种压力不仅影响他们的学习成绩和生活质量，还对其心理健康产生了深远的负面影响。本文从高校贫困生心理健康现状入手，分析了他们自卑与自尊的矛盾心理、学业和就业压力的双重负担，并探讨了经济压力、社会期望与自我认知冲突等成因。基于这些问题，本文提出了通过培养积极心理品质、构建社会支持体系以及加强心理健康教育等措施，旨在改善高校贫困生的心理健康状况，促进其全面发展。
Poor students in colleges and universities are a special group of college students who face great pressure in their studies, employment and daily life due to their families’ financial difficulties. This pressure not only affects their academic performance and quality of life, but also has a profound negative impact on their mental health. Starting from the current situation of mental health of poor students in colleges and universities, this paper analyses the contradictory psychology of their low self-esteem and self-respect, the double burden of academic and employment pressure, and explores the causes of economic pressure, social expectations and self-perception conflicts. Based on these problems, this paper proposes measures aimed at improving the mental health of poor students in colleges and universities and promoting their all-round development by cultivating positive psychological qualities, building a social support system and strengthening mental health education.
