电子商务中的个人信息保护:法律责任和企业实践

Abstract:
随着电子商务的不断发展,网络消费已经成为我们生活中不可或缺的一部分。在享受线上消费便利的同时,消费者的相关信息权益也时时受到威胁。为了保障消费者信息主体的权益,在电商领域有立法作为保障、行业自律作为指引,以确保电商平台和企业可以合法合规经营。在立法保护和行业保护相结合的框架下,电商平台和企业应当承担起法律、道德、社会和技术责任,构建起信息安全的网络消费环境。
With the continuous development of e-commerce, online consumption has become an indispensable part of our lives. While enjoying the convenience of online shopping, consumers’ relevant information rights are constantly under threat. To protect the rights of consumers as information subjects, there should be legislation in the e-commerce sector as a safeguard and industry self-regulation as guidance, ensuring that e-commerce platforms and businesses can operate legally and compliantly. Within the framework of combined legislative and industry protection, e-commerce platforms and businesses should assume legal, moral, social, and technical responsibilities to build a secure information environment for online consumption.
