高校封闭式管理期间大学生睡眠质量和情绪调节的关系研究

Abstract:
本研究旨在探讨高校封闭管理期间大学生睡眠质量与情绪调节之间的相关性。通过对四川某高校93名在校大学生的调查,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和情绪调节量表(ERQ)进行测评。研究结果表明,大学生的PSQI总分平均为6.484 ± 3.371,43.01%的学生存在睡眠障碍。女生的睡眠障碍发生率(48.57%)显著高于男生(26.09%),而男生的临界睡眠障碍发生率较高(34.78% vs. 24.26%)。在情绪调节方面,女生的认知重评得分显著低于男生(p = 0.047),PSQI总分则显著高于男生(p = 0.031)。情绪调节与睡眠质量之间的相关分析表明,认知重评得分与睡眠总分呈显著负相关(r = ?0.205, p < 0.05),表达抑制得分与睡眠时间呈显著负相关(r = ?0.298, p < 0.01)。本研究揭示了大学生情绪调节与睡眠质量之间的密切关联,并在性别上存在显著差异。
The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between sleep quality and emotion regulation among university students during periods of closed management in higher education institutions. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Emotion Regulation Scale (ERQ) were employed to assess this through a survey of 93 undergraduate students enrolled at a university in Sichuan. The findings of the study indicated that the mean PSQI score for undergraduate students was 6.484 ± 3.371, with 43.01% of the participants exhibiting symptoms of sleep disorders. The prevalence of sleep disorders was significantly higher among female students (48.57%) than among male students (26.09%), while male students exhibited a higher prevalence of critical sleep disorders (34.78% vs. 24.26%). With regard to emotion regulation, female students exhibited significantly lower cognitive reappraisal scores than male students (p = 0.047) and significantly higher total PSQI scores than male students (p = 0.031). Correlation analyses between emotion regulation and sleep quality demonstrated a significant negative correlation between cognitive reappraisal scores and total sleep scores (r = ?0.205, p < 0.05), as well as a significant negative correlation between expression inhibition scores and sleep duration (r = ?0.298, p < 0.01). The findings of this study indicate a robust correlation between emotion regulation and sleep quality among college students, with notable gender-based differences.
