农村机构养老老年人主观幸福感提升对策研究
A Study on Countermeasures to Enhance the Subjective Well-Being of the Elderly in Rural Institutional Care

近年来，我国政府逐渐提高对国民主观幸福感的重视程度，不断关注百姓的民生问题，希望能够使人民生活得更加幸福。由于中国人口老龄化程度持续加深，农村老年人口比重越来越多，因此也成为学界关注的重点，提升农村机构养老老年人晚年生活幸福感问题亟待解决。农村老年人幸福感主要取决于物质生活条件、健康状况、精神生活丰富程度以及文化活动等。文章在对南平市Z村实地调查的基础上，通过对农村养老机构中老年人幸福感提升存在的困境进行研究，有针对性地提出机构养老老年人幸福感提升策略。
In recent years, China’s government has gradually increased its attention to the subjective sense of well-being of the nation and has continuously paid attention to the people’s livelihood issues in the hope of making people’s lives happier. As the aging of China’s population continues to deepen, the proportion of the rural elderly population is increasing, so it has also become the focus of attention of the academic community, and the problem of enhancing the well-being of the rural institutionalized elderly in their later years needs to be solved urgently. The well-being of rural elderly mainly depends on the material living conditions, health status, richness of spiritual life, and cultural activities. Based on the field survey of Z village in Nanping City, this paper proposes a strategy to enhance the happiness of institutionalized elderly by studying the dilemma of enhancing the happiness of the elderly in rural institutions.
