国有企业信息化管理研究——以宝钢为例
Research on Informatisation Management of State-Owned Enterprises—Taking the Case of Baosteel

在当今的数字化时代，企业信息化已成为促进公司经济发展的一个重要组成部分。随着科学技术的进步，云计算，大数据，人工智能，物联网，区块链等新兴技术的应用越来越广泛。党的十九大报告中提出“善于结合实际创造性推动工作，善于运用互联网技术和信息化手段开展工作”。全国各行各业积极贯彻落实，大力发展信息化，国有企业的信息化建设在取得一定成效的同时，也存在着一些问题与不足，制约着全面深化国有企业改革的进程。本文在对宝钢公司管理现状的基础上，对其企业信息化管理存在的问题进行了剖析，并对其进行了理论上的探索。
In today’s digital era, enterprise informatisation has become an important part of promoting a company’s economic development. With the progress of science and technology, the application of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain and other emerging technologies is becoming more and more widespread. The 19th CPC National Congress report puts forward “good at combining practical creativity to promote work, good at using Internet technology and information technology to carry out work”. All walks of life in the country to actively implement, vigorously develop information technology, information technology construction of state-owned enterprises in the achievement of certain results at the same time, there are some problems and shortcomings, restricting the comprehensive deepening of the reform process of state-owned enterprises. In this paper, on the basis of the management status quo of Baosteel, the problems of its enterprise informatisation management are analysed and explored theoretically.
