院校教育培训与军事职业教育融合发展研究

Abstract:
本文着眼“网络 + 教育”时代院校教育培训与军事职业教育的契合点，探究其互相促进的积极因素及内在机理，研究其融合发展的模式路径，并以军事职业教育网络服务平台开展的鉴定理论培训为例，为院校教育培训与军事职业教育融合发展提供理论依据与实践参考。
Focusing on the convergence of college posting training and military continuing education in the era of “network + education”, this paper explores the positive factors and internal mechanism of their mutual promotion, and studies the mode and path of their integrated development, taking the identification theoretical training as an example. This paper will provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the integrated development of college posting training and military continuing education.
