针刺治疗颈椎术后肢体功能障碍验案一则
A Case Study of Acupuncture Treatment for Limb Dysfunction after Cervical Spine Surgery

目的：本文旨在讨论颈椎术后肢体功能障碍的临床表现、中医发病机制、针刺治疗方法。方法：对黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院收治的1例颈椎术后肢体功能障碍患者进行研究分析并查阅相关文献进行复习。结果：颈椎术后的患者颈椎处神经功能恢复需要一个缓慢的过程，甚至可能在恢复过程中出现一系列并发症，严重影响患者日常活动和身心健康。在临床中这类患者治疗的过程中，大多数患者通过中医针灸治疗可以缓解症状，并快速有效恢复患者肢体功能。且针刺治疗能有效降低并发症的发生，不良反应少，预后良好，病情不易反复。结论：针刺治疗颈椎术后肢体功能障碍疗效显著、不良反应少、且预后良好，病情不易反复，为首选治疗方法。
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to discuss the clinical manifestations, pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment of limb dysfunction after cervical spine surgery. Methods: A patient with limb dysfunction after cervical spine surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was studied and analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results: The recovery of cervical nerve function in patients after cervical spine surgery requires a slow process, and may even have a series of complications during the recovery process, which seriously affects the daily activities and physical and mental health of patients. In the process of clinical treatment of such patients, most patients can relieve symptoms and quickly and effectively restore limb function through traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, have fewer adverse reactions and good prognosis, and the condition is not easy to repeat. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of limb dysfunction after cervical spine surgery has a significant effect, fewer adverse reactions, and a good prognosis, and the condition is not easy to repeat, which is the preferred treatment method.
