股骨粗隆间骨折的临床治疗进展

Abstract:
股骨粗隆间骨折是指发生于股骨颈基底部至小粗隆水平以上的骨折，为关节囊外骨折，骨折本身及其相关并发症严重影响患者的生活质量。本文主要从股骨粗隆间骨折的分型、隐性失血、保守治疗、手术治疗及并发症的防治等方面进行叙述，以此为临床治疗该病提供参考。
Intertrochanteric fracture refers to the fracture occurring above the base of the femoral neck to the level of small trochanteric fracture, which is an extracapsular joint fracture. The fracture itself and its associated complications seriously affect the quality of life of patients. This article mainly focuses on the classification of intertrochanteric fractures, recessive blood loss, conservative treatment, surgical treatment and prevention of complications, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
