企业绩效评价体系构建策略

Abstract:
在企业的发展和运营中,绩效评价体系构建是其中的重中之重,也是提高企业管理水平与质量的关键一环,所以,需要企业加强对绩效评价体系构建的重视,致力于完善绩效评价模式,达到促进企业高效率发展的效果。因此,文章根据当前企业绩效评价体系构建中存在的问题和不足,提出了与之相对应的策略,用以助力推动企业快速发展。
In the development and operation of enterprises, the construction of performance evaluation systems is the most important thing, and it is also a key link to improve the management level and quality of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises need to pay more attention to the construction of performance evaluation systems and devote themselves to improving the performance evaluation model to achieve the effect of promoting the efficient development of enterprises. Therefore, according to the existing problems and deficiencies in the construction of the current enterprise performance evaluation system, this article puts forward corresponding strategies to help promote the rapid development of enterprises.
