“互联网+”时代高校教师职业道德修养中存在的问题与对策研究
Research on the Problems and Countermeasures Existing in the Professional Ethics Cultivation of College Teachers in the Era of “Internet+”

随着“互联网+”时代的快速发展，互联网正在逐渐影响着社会的各个领域，高等教育也无法独善其身，高校教师作为高校教育的主要承担者，其思想观念的价值导向性至关重要，然而伴随着互联网信息化，受互联网思维的冲击，高校教师的道德修养也正面临着挑战。本文首先在对提升高校教师职业道德修养的重要性进行阐述的基础上，指出了“互联网+”时代对高校教师职业道德修养提出的新要求，进而分析了“互联网+”时代高校教师职业道德修养存在的问题，并从加强理论学习、以学生为本和健全培养体系等层面提出了相应的解决对策。
With the rapid development of the “Internet+” era, the Internet is gradually affecting all areas of society, and higher education cannot be left alone. As the main undertakers of higher education, the value orientation of university teachers’ ideological concepts is crucial. However, with the informatization of the Internet and the impact of Internet thinking, the moral cultivation of university teachers is also facing challenges. On the basis of expounding the importance of improving the professional ethics of college teachers, this paper points out the new requirements for the professional ethics of college teachers in the “Internet+” era, and then analyzes the existing problems of college teachers’ professional ethics in the “Internet+” era, and puts forward corresponding solutions from the aspects of strengthening theoretical learning, student-oriented and improving the training system.
