肉品科学与技术课程思政建设的探索

Abstract:
育人为本，德育为先，立德树人是教育的根本任务。将思政教育有机融入专业课程教学的过程，不仅是新时代高等教育的重要使命，也是培养全面发展的社会主义建设者的必然要求。肉品科学与技术是食品类专业的一门重要课程，文章对该课程思政建设存在的问题进行了剖析，同时提出了课程思政建设的优化途径，以期为食品类专业课程的思政建设提供参考。
Cultivating people is the foundation, moral education is the priority, and fostering virtue and cultivating people is the fundamental task of education. The process of integrating ideological and political education into professional curriculum teaching is not only an important mission of higher education in the new era, but also an inevitable requirement for cultivating well-rounded socialist builders. Meat Science and Technology is an important course in the food industry. The article analyzed the problems in the ideological and political construction, and proposed optimization methods for curriculum ideological and political education. It aims to provide a reference for the ideological and political construction of food industry courses.
