基于BP辩论模式的英语辩论人才培养要素研究
A Study on the Elements of English Debate Talent Cultivation under the BP Debate Format

在全球化与人工智能快速发展的背景下，思辨能力的重要性在外语教育中日益凸显。辩论作为提升学生思辨能力的重要方法，广受学术界和教育界的重视。现有文献多侧重于探讨具体的英语辩论教学模式和方法，对于培养辩论人才所需的要素研究则相对匮乏。文章基于四年的研究与论证，总结出英国议会制(British Parliamentary, BP)辩论模式下，培养英语辩论人才的FECIT (Fund, Emotion, Competition, Integration, Teamwork)要素模型。以期为我国英语辩论教育增添新的研究视角和实证案例，并给予同行参考。
Amid globalization and the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the importance of critical thinking ability has become increasingly prominent in foreign language education. As an important method to improve students’ critical thinking ability, debate has been widely valued by academics and educators. Existing literature mostly focuses on exploring specific English debate teaching models and methods, while there is a relative lack of research on the elements needed to cultivate debating talents. Based on four years of research, this paper summarizes the FECIT (Fund, Emotion, Competition, Integration, Teamwork) element model for cultivating English debating talents under the British Parliamentary (BP) debating format. This paper aims to add a new research perspective and an empirical case for English debate education in China, and to give reference to other teachers.
