The underlying cause of her condition remains unclear, leading to an ad hoc management approach involving anti-platelet therapy and statins. This case underscores the imperative for future research to concentrate on tailored interventional and diagnostic approaches for MINOCA patients, enabling their universal application through a concise and comprehensive protocol.
