Abstract:

新时代背景下,戏曲类院校民族器乐方向人才培养面临新局面。戏曲类院校作为培育新时代戏曲人才的重要阵地,在人才培育难度、师资队伍建设、教学等层面面临诸多压力和挑战,思想政治教育在当下高校教育改革中发挥着重要作用,以上因素共同催生了“专业 + 思政”的教育模式。该教育模式是戏曲特色的民族器乐方向人才培养的一条创新路径,提升了戏曲音乐的艺术价值和社会影响力,同时丰富了思政教育的文化内涵和表现形式,这都是其多元功能的体现。更有价值意义的是,该模式作为“两创”实践下思政教育的深化,戏曲音乐人才培育新维度的拓展,能够赋予教育改革无限的可能性。基于新时代背景下,从戏曲音乐类专业与思政的耦合出发,探究人才培养模式改革的功能与价值,并以此为范例进行教育模式的研究范式更新,将是思政教育研究的实践新路径。
In the context of the new era, talent cultivation in the field of ethnic instrumental music in traditional Chinese opera colleges is facing a new situation. As an important battlefield for cultivating talents in the new era of opera, opera colleges face many pressures and challenges in terms of difficulty in talent cultivation, faculty construction, teaching, and other aspects. Ideological and political education plays an important role in the current reform of higher education, and these factors together give rise to the “professional + ideological and political” education model. This educational model is an innovative path for cultivating talents in the field of ethnic instrumental music with distinctive characteristics of traditional Chinese opera. It enhances the artistic value and social influence of traditional Chinese opera music, while enriching the cultural connotations and forms of expression of ideological and political education. These are all manifestations of its diverse functions. More valuable is that this model, as a deepening of ideological and political education under the practice of “two innovations” and an expansion of new dimensions in cultivating talents in traditional Chinese opera music, can endow education reform with infinite possibilities. Based on the background of the new era, starting from the coupling of traditional Chinese opera music majors and ideological and political education, exploring the function and value of talent cultivation model reform, and using this as an example to update the research paradigm of education models will be a new practical path for ideological and political education research.
