乡村振兴视域下乡风文明建设的问题与优化路径探析

随着我国乡村振兴战略的深入推进，乡风文明治理已成为乡村发展的重要议题。乡风文明作为乡村振兴的“灵魂”，为丰富农民精神文化生活提供了持久活力。然而，随着社会经济的快速发展，乡村地区的价值观呈现出多元化的趋势，一些传统的道德观念和文化习俗受到冲击，乡风文明建设正面临人口流动性强、文化设施滞后、乡村治理体系建设不足等困境。要解决这些现实问题，需要强化价值引领、优化人口结构、注重弘扬乡村特色文化、探索智能化、数字化等新型治理方式，从而为乡村振兴构建坚实的支撑保障。
With the deepening of China’s rural revitalization strategy, the governance of rural civilization has become an important issue in rural development. As the “soul” of rural revitalization, rural civilization provides lasting vitality for enriching farmers’ spiritual and cultural life. However, with the rapid development of social economy, the values of rural areas show a trend of diversification, and some traditional moral concepts and cultural customs have been impacted. The construction of rural civilization is facing difficulties such as strong population mobility, lagging cultural facilities and insufficient construction of rural governance system. To solve these practical problems, it is necessary to strengthen value guidance, optimize population structure, pay attention to promoting rural characteristic culture, and explore new governance methods such as intelligence and digitization, so as to build a solid support for rural revitalization.
