高校博物馆发展现状研究——以中央民族大学民族博物馆为例
Research on the Development Status of University Museums—Taking the Museum of Ethnic Culture of Minzu University of China as an Example

作为博物馆领域中独特的一支，在让文物说话、以文化育人方面，高校博物馆也起着不可或缺的重要作用。但长期以来，高校博物馆由于资金紧缺、展览内容陈旧、宣传力度低、传播力度小等因素无法吸引到足够多的观众，也因此无法很好地发挥其教育职能和社会作用，故改进高校博物馆工作成了目前高校博物馆所亟须妥善完成的任务。中央民族大学民族博物馆作为具有代表性的民族类高校博物馆，对其性质、作用、所存问题的深入研究有利于管窥出我国高校博物馆发展现状。本文以中央民族大学民族博物馆为例子，在分析总结的基础上对其进行深入研究，找到博物馆目前所存在的问题与不足，并据此提出相关建议，以期对中央民族大学民族博物馆的未来工作提供帮助，并为其他类似性质博物馆的发展提供有益借鉴。
As a unique branch in the field of museums, university museums also play an indispensable role in letting cultural relics speak and educating people with culture. However, for a long time, university museums have been unable to attract enough audiences due to factors such as shortage of funds, obsolete exhibition content, low publicity, and small dissemination, and therefore cannot play their educational functions and social roles well, so improving the work of university museums has become a task that needs to be properly completed by university museums. As a representative national university museum, the in-depth study of the nature, role and existing problems of the Museum of Ethnic Culture of Minzu University of China is conducive to the development status of university museums in China. This paper takes the Museum of Ethnic Culture of Minzu University of China as an example, conducts in-depth research on it on the basis of analysis and summary, finds out the current problems and shortcomings of the museum, and puts forward relevant suggestions accordingly, in order to provide help for the future work of the Museum of Ethnic Culture of Minzu University of China, and provide useful reference for the development of other museums of similar nature.
