应用型本科教师教学能力的综合评价体系研究
Research on Comprehensive Evaluation System of Applied Undergraduate Teachers’ Teaching Ability

随着教育改革的深入发展，本科教师教学能力的提升日益受到关注。构建科学、全面的本科教师教学能力综合评价体系，对于提升教学质量、培养优秀人才具有重要意义。因此，本科教师教学综合能力的评价是很有必要的。本论文以高校教师的教学能力综合评价体系研究，旨在探讨教学能力评价的视角及要素，教学能力评价指标体系的构建以及教学能力评价体系的量化标准。通过对创新教学方法、学生主体性的培养、本科教育改革的必要性、当前面临的挑战以及实践中的创新策略的分析与研究，提出了一系列切实可行的改革建议，以期为我国本科教育的发展提供新的思路和方法。
With the in-depth development of education reform, the improvement of undergraduate teachers’ teaching ability has been paid more and more attention. To construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of undergraduate teachers’ teaching ability is of great significance for improving teaching quality and training outstanding talents. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive teaching ability of undergraduate teachers. Based on the comprehensive evaluation system of teaching ability of college teachers, this paper aims to explore the perspective and elements of teaching ability evaluation, the construction of teaching ability evaluation index system and the quantitative standard of teaching ability evaluation system. Through the analysis and research of innovative teaching methods, the cultivation of students’ subjectivity, the necessity of undergraduate education reform, the challenges faced at present and the innovative strategies in practice, this paper puts forward a series of feasible reform suggestions in order to provide new ideas and methods for the development of undergraduate education in our country.
