突出思维品质考查的中考英语测试研究——以阅读和写作测试为例
A Study on the English Test of the Secondary School Examination Highlighting the Thinking Quality—Taking Reading and Writing Test as an Example

中考英语命题要突出对思维品质的考查，引导学生实现从“发现问题”到“解决问题”的转变。阅读和写作测试是检验学生思维品质的重要途径。命题者在编制中考阅读和写作试题时，应合理设定考查目标，创设真实试题情境，设计有效问题，科学制定评分标准，以增强测试的效度，充分发挥测试对日常教学的反拨作用，促进学生核心素养的发展。
The English test of the Secondary School Examination should highlight the examination of thinking quality, and guide students to realize the transformation from “finding problems” to “solving problems”. Reading and writing tests are an important way to test students’ thinking quality. In preparing reading and writing test questions for the Secondary School Examination, proposers should set reasonable test objectives, create authentic test situations, design effective questions and formulate scoring criteria scientifically, so as to enhance the validity of the test, give full play to the test’s backwash effect to daily teaching, and promote the development of students' key competencies.
