大学生文化自信培育融入思想政治教育的策略建构——基于SWOT分析
Strategic Construction of College Students’ Cultural Self-Confidence Cultivation and Integration into Ideological and Political Education—Based on SWOT Analysis

持续推进大学生文化自信培育融入思想政治教育，是当前高校思政工作的重点方向。大学生文化自信培育与思想政治教育在育人目标、内容和原则方面具有高度的契合度，使两者的融合具备了可行性。文章借助管理学“SWOT”方法，分析大学生文化自信培育融入思想政治的优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机会(Opportunities)和威胁(Threats)，统筹其内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁，研究制定“四维一体”发展策略，这样既有利于培养和增强大学生的文化自信，也有利于高校思想政治教育取得更佳的实效，更好彰显高校思想政治教育的“文化育人”底色。
Continuously promoting the cultivation of cultural self-confidence of college students and integrating it into ideological and political education is the key direction of ideological and political work in colleges and universities at present. The cultivation of college students’ cultural self-confidence and ideological and political education have a high degree of fit in terms of the goals, content and principles of educating people, making the integration of the two feasible. With the help of the “SWOT” method of management, the article analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of college students’ cultural self-confidence and integration into ideology and politics, and coordinates their internal advantages. With disadvantages, external opportunities and threats, research and formulate a “four-dimensional integration” development strategy, which is not only conducive to cultivating and enhancing the cultural self-confidence of college students, but also conducive to achieving better effectiveness in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and better highlighting the “cultural education” background of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
