针刺治疗卒中后手指拘挛的临床研究进展

手指拘挛是脑卒中常见的并发症之一，属于中风后痉挛性瘫痪的范畴，主要表现为手指拘挛不伸，甚至呈现握固或伴有疼痛，除此之外，手指的功能占上肢功能的90%，而上肢的功能占人体全身功能的60%，由此可见，手指拘挛使得患者的生活质量受到了极大影响。通过查阅文献资料，发现针刺治疗卒中后手指拘挛有非常明显的疗效，诸医家分别采用了多种针刺方法及特殊针刺手法，均为卒中后手指拘挛的治疗提供了丰富的临床经验。本文集各家之所长，综合论述，以期为日后的临床非药物治疗提供新的思路。
Finger spasm is one of the common complications of stroke, which belongs to the category of spastic paralysis after stroke, and is mainly manifested as finger spasm not extended, or even showing firm grip or accompanied by pain, in addition, the function of fingers accounts for 90% of the function of the upper limb, and the function of the upper limb accounts for 60% of the whole body function of the human body, which shows that the quality of life of patients has been greatly affected by finger spasm. By reviewing the literature, it was found that acupuncture has a very obvious effect in the treatment of finger spasm after stroke, and various doctors have adopted a variety of acupuncture methods and special acupuncture techniques, all of which provide rich clinical experience in the treatment of finger spasm after stroke. This article is a collection of the strengths of each school, in order to provide new ideas for future clinical non-drug treatment.
