人工关节置换术后并发肺栓塞的预见性护理

本案例报告了1例老年全膝关节置换术患者术后并发肺栓塞的预见性护理的护理经验，通过对患者高危因素的分析、指脉氧的监测、下肢深静脉血栓的预防等护理，积极预防肺栓塞的发生，从而保障术后患者获得预期的预后效果，降低患者在治疗过程中发生肺栓塞的死亡率，现情况报告如下。
This case report reports the nursing experience of an elderly patient with postoperative pulmonary embolism complicated by pulmonary embolism, through the analysis of patients’ high-risk factors, the monitoring of pulse oxygen, the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs, etc., to actively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary embolism, so as to ensure that the postoperative patients obtain the expected prognostic effect and reduce the mortality rate of pulmonary embolism in the course of treatment, as reported below.
