针刺治疗周围性面瘫作用机制的研究进展

Abstract:

周围性面瘫是临床常见的神经系统疾病,是以面神经支配的肌肉活动受限为特征。本病的发病率逐年上升,严重影响患者的生活质量。大量的临床研究发现,针刺在周围性面瘫不同阶段的治疗中均发挥积极的作用,但现代医学关于作用机制方面的阐述较少,其作用机制尚未十分明确。本文整理了针刺治疗周围性面瘫的相关文献,总结针刺治疗周围性面瘫的作用机制,以期为日后临床应用提供参考。
Peripheral facial paralysis is a common neurological disorder in clinical practice characterized by limiting muscle activity innervated by the facial nerve. The incidence of peripheral facial paralysis is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Numerous clinical studies have shown that acupuncture plays a positive role in the treatment of different stages of peripheral facial paralysis, but it lacks the elaboration of modern medicine in the mechanism of action, and its mechanism of action is not well understood. In this paper, the relevant literatures of acupuncture therapy for peripheral facial paralysis were collated, and the mechanism of action of Peripheral facial paralysis was summarized, aiming to provide ideas for the clinical application.
